Death and Dying

When we think and talk about death, we begin to understand our life more clearly.

A death averse culture does not encourage the hard conversations around death and dying, leaving us anxious, avoidant and ultimately unprepared when the time comes.

A practice of death awareness allows us to see what is important to us and gives life meaning. I work with the dying, their families and anyone of any age to help navigate.

Grief Circle

It is said that grief is swallowed alone but metabolized in community. Grief circles are created for those living with grief in all its forms.

Preparing for Dying While We Live

To do this work, we will reflect on hospice teaching. How do we learn to live our lives without being weighed down by a lifetime of wounding, anger, and regret.
